I had very good experience with the staff. Everyone is very friendly in this office. I went in with a lot of pain and ended without it. Lorenz was my physical therapist. I was pleasantly surprised with his skilled work. He has, like I said, the Midas touch. Anytime he worked with me; I became pain free. Besides he is a very professional and explained everything nicely. I recommend everyone who needs physical therapy, to go to this office.

Today, my dad was scheduled for his very first physical therapy session post surgery! It's been two weeks since his surgery. I am so grateful to have met the office manager, Meline! She has helped me with my dad's case since the first time we spoke! From obtaining authorizations, calling the insurance company and PCP numerous times, to setting up recurring sessions, this girl has been my go-to! She is extremely knowledgeable in the field and provides her expertise in so many ways!

Hadji A Dedace, who is my father's Physical Therapy Specialist, was patient and informative! He was handling my father's arm with such care. I am happy to know that my father is in good hands.

I was rear ended on the freeway while traffic had come to a stop. I was in shock and the adrenaline was flowing heavily into my system. At the time I had no idea how badly I was injured until I realized that I couldn't barely raise my right arm; several weeks passed and It was clear that I was in need of physical therapy. I was sent to Imperial Physical Therapy in Burbank, Calif. and I couldn't be more thankful. I have received excellent physical therapy. The office is small but nice and clean. The parking lot is a little on the small side, but they rarely double book so you shouldn't have to much trouble getting a parking spot. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I am so glad that I was cared for by the staff at this office. I recommend this location.

Making my appointment I was somewhat skeptical in how I might just be alright without my physical therapy being that my surgery went so well? However I pressed onward and made my appointment. I was registered & greeted by a young vibrant busy staff. There were stretching, slight poking, shocking (electrólisis) and releasing of pressure to accommodate a quicker recovery. Thanks Imperial I love you guys.
